DCB Bank informs about penalty by RBI

DCB Bank has informed that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has, vide its order dated February 25, 2019 received by the Bank on March 02, 2019, imposed a monetary penalty of Rs 20 million on the Bank for delay in adherence to its directives on Time-bound implementation and strengthening of SWIFT-related operational controls contained in the RBI circular dated February 20, 2018. The Bank has taken necessary measures to implement and strengthen SWIFT-related operational controls and to ensure strict compliance with RBI directions in this regard. The aforesaid is in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
