Mayur Uniquoters has received approval for investment in wholly owned subsidiary -- Mayur Uniquoters Corporation. The investment will be used in enhancement of main line business of Mayur Uniquoters and Mayur Uniquoters Corporation. The company is likely to complete investment by March 25, 2019.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2019 has approved the same.
