Lahoti Overseas has divested entire investment in its subsidiary company -- Lahoti Spintex and Energy. Consequently, the said transaction has resulted in cessation of Holding-Subsidiary Relationship.
Lahoti Overseas engages in the export of cotton yarns. The company offers carded and combed ring spun yarns, ply yarns, special yarns, and open end yarns. It also exports woven and knitted grey fabrics, as well as raw cotton.
