In terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Future Consumer has informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed with effect from 3rd April, 2019 and will remain closed up to 9th April, 2019 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 7th April, 2019. The trading window shall be open from 10th April, 2019.
