Future Consumer is planning to raise funds via issue of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures on a preferential basis, issue of Warrants, convertible into equity shares, to Promoter(s) and/or Promoter Group entities on a preferential basis and issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis or otherwise.
The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2019, to consider the same.
