Remi Sales & Engineering has received approval to dispose the windmill undertaking having capacity of 750kw, after expiry of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) and PPA is not being renewed by the MSEDCL.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 08, 2019 has approved the same.
Remi Sales and Engineering operates as a subsidiary of Remi Group. The company is markets Industrial Mixers, Agitators and Oil Field equipment. The company also engaged in the business of Trading, Wind Power Generation.
