Mukta Arts has informed that meeting the Board to be held on May 21, 2019, will also consider declaring Final dividend for the financial year 2018-19; The Final Dividend, if declared, will be followed by approval of Book Closure date for the payment of the Final Dividend and also payment date by which the said Final Dividend will be paid by the Company which will be informed to the Exchange post conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting. The compliance as per Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window closure intimation has been given in the earlier intimation letter dated May 13, 2019.
