Chandra Prabhu International has reported results for the year ended March 31, 2012.

The company has reported a jump of 10.68% in its net profit at Rs 1.14 crore for the year under review as compared to Rs 1.03 crore in the previous year. The total income from operation of the company has increased by 6.28% at Rs 70.10 crore for FY12 as compared Rs 65.96 crore in FY11.

Chandra Prabhu International has recommended a final dividend of 10% i.e. Rs 1 per equity share on face value of Rs 10 each share for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
