Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Brawn Biotech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Monday, July 1st 2019 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2019 to the stock exchanges.
