Yashraj Containeurs has informed that the Company has finally liquidated entire Term Loan (Sanctioned on 24th January 1995, December 10, 1997, and March 17, 1999) against Suit No: OA 112/2018 dated May 18, 2018, for Rs 271.12 crores filed at DRT Court, by IDBI, Mumbai against our Company. The said Suit is no longer valid in view of the above in full and final repayment to Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund letter bearing Ref. No: SASF/YCL/2019-20/461 dated 29th June, 2019.
