Metroglobal has informed that as on date, there is no material relevant information/ event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). All the information/events which have a bearing on the operations of the Company are disclosed to the Exchange on immediate basis as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. The Company has always abided and complied with all regulatory requirements and will continue to do so. The Company further informed that since the shares of the Company are freely traded on the Stock Exchange, the movement in the share price of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Company is in no way connected with any such price movement.
