Oasis Tradelink has informed that statutory period of CIRP i.e. 180 days had expired on 25.08.2019 and an application for extension of CIRP for further period of 90 days was filed on behalf of under signed Resolution Professional (RP), to the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench. The Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench has extended the CIRP period for further period of 90 days through oral pronouncement on 17th September, 2019. The copy of physical order is not yet received.
