Inox Leisure has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/10/2019, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019; and to consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders. The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record Date to be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company for the above purpose.
