The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 2.30 pm. This is in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and acknowledge receipt.
