Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations, Unistar Multimedia has informed that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee and approval of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Milinath Gavas, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 09th December, 2019 in place of Thejaswini Gowda who has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer(CFO) with effect from 07th December, 2019. As per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable Rules Milinath Gavas will be the Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
