Rishi Laser has informed that the disclosure in the prescribed format, pertaining to combined voting results (Result of Postal Ballot together with remote e-voting) along with the Scrutinizers Report issued by Sudhanwa S. Kalamkar, Practicing Company Secretary. The results were declared by the Managing Director at the Registered Office of the Company. Further, in terms of Scrutinizers Report, the Special Resolution mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice have been approved by the Members with requisite majority. The said Special Resolution is deemed to have been passed on 26th December, 2019, being the last date specified by the Company for receipt of duly completed Postal Ballot Forms/ e-voting.
