Elgi Equipments has informed that the Company has received a letter from Nithya Prabhu informing about his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with the closing of business hours on 13/01/2020 and the same was approved by the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated 13/01/2020. Shyam Vasudevan, Vice President Legal & Secretarial of the Company be and is hereby appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company till such time the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed.
