VTM has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have declared an Interim dividend of Rs 0.90 per equity share (Face Value Re 1), for the financial year 2019-20, to those shareholders, whose names appear on the Register of members on 26.02.2020, being the Record date fixed for this purpose. Also informed that the said interim dividend will be paid to the above said shareholders on or before 26th March 2020.
