Optiemus Infracom gets nod to terminate JV agreement with Auxesis Services

Optiemus Infracom has received approval to terminate the Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Auxesis Services and Technologies and dissolve the Associate/JV Company viz. ‘Optiaux Technologies’ as it has not been carrying any business activity since incorporation as it could not find adequate business opportunities in the market and further it has no intention to do any business or commercial activity in future. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held February 12, 2020 has considered and approved the same.

Optiemus Infracom is engaged in leasing, equity trading, equity research, and loan syndication services. The company is also in the business activities of Renting of Immovable Property, Telecommunications - Mobiles handset and Accessories.
