The above Interim Dividend so declared will be paid to those Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members at the Company and/ or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, March 19, 2020, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose of ascertaining their entitlement to receive said Interim Dividend. The Board meeting commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 11.55 am.
