With reference to Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the Listing Regulations) which governs the obligations of the entities which have issued IDRs, and further to the announcement of March 9, 2020 on the Termination of Indian Depository Receipts (the IDRs) programme (the IDR Programme) by the Company; Standard Chartered PLC has informed that the Company decided to terminate the IDR Programme and consequently delist the outstanding IDRs from exchanges, and has now issued a formal termination notice to the Domestic Depository. Also informed that on account of launch of this, termination program, the Fungibility Program extended by the Company to the IDR Holders stand terminated, with effect from March 18, 2020. Also enclosed Termination Operating Guidelines and the Letter to IDR holders and upload the same on website.
