Ind Agiv Commerce has informed that it has enclosed a general intimation in addition to earlier Board Meeting Intimation. The board intimated the need to call a special board meeting dated 23rd March, 2020 to address risks caused by the coronavirus threat. However, if the situation is not conducive to hold the meeting, the Company will have to postpone the 23rd March, 2020 Board Meeting to a later date when office will resume.
