Elgi Equipments has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosures Requirements) and in light of the unprecedented situation owing to the spread of COVID-19, keeping in mind the Government Advisories, the wellbeing and safety of the employees (including casuals, temporary and contract), it has been decided to close all the facilities of the Company-Registered Office, Factories- Air Compressor Plant, Foundry, PVD division, Motor division and the Company's subsidiary ATS Elgi and Joint Venture ELGI Sauer Compressors with effect from Tuesday, March 24, 2020 until further notice.
