Elgi Equipments’ wholly-owned subsidiary (WoS) -- Elgi Compressors USA Inc, has formed a Joint Venture (JV) Company along with Bryan Becker, Managing Partner of the LLC on March 19, 2020. However, the intimation has come from USA to the Company only on May 01, 2010, due to the COVID - 19 lockdown prevailing in USA & India. Elgi Compressors USA Inc, is yet to invest in the Joint Venture.
