In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Solitaire Machine Tools has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2020. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
