The same has been accepted by the board in the meeting held on 27th August, 2020 and she has been relieved from her responsibilities with immediate effect. Her successor will be appointed within stipulated period of time under Companies Act, 2013 and in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the same shall be intimated to Stock exchange.
