Rama Vision has informed that pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Monday, the 28th day of September, 2020 at 12.30 pm through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) deemed to be held at its Registered Office of the Company at Ward No. 3, Bareilly Road, Kichha, Distt. Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand - 263 148, to transact the businesses as stated in the Notice dated 14th August, 2020 for convening the AGM. In this regard, the Company enclosed the summary of proceedings of the 31st AGM of the Company held on 28th day of September, 2020 as Annexure-I.
