Solitaire Machine Tools has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
