Cheviot Company has informed that in accordance with the order no. 629-ISS/2M-22/2020 dated 5th May, 2021 issued by the Government of West Bengal to prevent the spread of novel corona virus (COVID 19) outbreak and measures against the current COVID pandemic, the operations in manufacturing units and other offices of the Company have been restricted to 50% of the total strength till further notice. At this stage, the impact of the above force majeure condition is not ascertainable. The duration of the restriction imposed for the operations in its manufacturing units is uncertain and will depend upon stabilization of the overall scenario and further directives of the Central Government/ State Government.
