Rishiroop has informed that in the wake of the second wave of COVID-19 crisis, and consequent directives issued by the local authorities in Nashik district where its registered office and plant is situated, the manufacturing operations at its Nashik plant has been temporarily suspended, effective immediately, upto May 23, 2021, or such further date as may be notified by the authorities. Other business operations, wherever possible, continues in accordance with Work from Home Policy. Submitted in compliance with Reg.30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
