With reference to its letter dated 26.04.2021, Lakshmi Mills Company has informed that due to second wave of COVID 19 Pandemic lockdown, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company fixed on 28th May 2021 is now rescheduled on Monday, the 26th June 2021 at 10.15 am to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2021 along with other business. Further, it has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the company is closed from 01.04.2021 to 30.06.2021. The trading window shall open for trading from 1st July, 2021.
