In furtherance to letter dated May 14, 2021 intimating about the temporary suspension of manufacturing operations at its Nashik Plant, due to the COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local authorities in Nashik, Rishiroop has informed that the Nashik Plant resumed operations effective today, pursuant to the lifting of restrictions by local authorities. The prescribed safety protocols are followed. Submitted in compliance with Reg.30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
