Gujarat Intrux has informed that the Company has received intimation from the RTA/shareholder, that shareholder/s has misplaced/lost the Share Certificate of the company, the details are enclosed. Its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India (RTA), through their letter dated 22/05/2021 has informed the said matter to both the Stock Exchanges, BSE and National Stock Exchange of India. A Copy of the same is enclosed, for the reference. The Company will initiate process of issuing duplicate share certificate after due verification done by its RTA, and the same shall be intimated by the Company.
