Dhunseri Petrochem has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 47.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 as compared to a net loss of Rs 8.53 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 3.44% at Rs 473.80 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 458.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea is the flagship company of the Kolkata based Dhunseri group belonging to Dhanuka family. The company is engaged in cultivation, manufacture and sale of tea with 11 tea gardens (all of them located in and around Assam) and manufacturing of PET resins
