Solitaire Machine Tools has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2021, has recommended a final Dividend of Re 1.00 (i.e., 10%) per equity share of Rs 10 each on the fully paid-up equity share capital of the Company and which is subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of Shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
