Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for insiders covered under ‘Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ will remain closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting.
