Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has informed that the Resolution Professional shall consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 in a Resolution Professional (RP) Committee meeting (in lieu of suspended Board of Directors) scheduled to be held on Monday, June 28, 2021. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from April 01, 2021 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for quarter ended March 31, 2021 for Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
