In continuation with the intimation dated 31st March, 2021 and reference to the closure of Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, SDC Techmedia has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' as adopted by the Company, the Closure in Trading Window shall continue till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2021.
