Pursuant to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, incompliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (Code), Ludlow Jute & Specialities has informed that the 'Trading Window’ for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the ‘Designated Persons' shall remain closed from 1st July 2021 till the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2021 and two days thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2021 will be intimated in due course.
