Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company which is already closed from 1st Day of April, 2021 till completion of 48 Hours after declaration of Financial Results for quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2021 shall further continue to remain close till completion of 48 hours after the deceleration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2021. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. Intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to be held to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ending on June 30 2021 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges.
