Nutricircle has informed that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting and voting to be held at AGM on the business specified in the Notice of the Company. Remote e-voting period commence on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 9:00 am (IST) and end on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 5:00 pm (IST) and thereafter, the remote e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL.
