Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange, the company has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, 21st September, 2021 to Tuesday 28th September, 2021 for the purpose of 19th AGM to be held on 28th September, 2021.
