Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Tirupati Tyres has informed that PMPK & Company, Chartered Accountants, resigned from their position as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from 2nd September, 2021 and based on recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 3rd September, 2021, has appointed ADV & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to the approval of members in ensuing General Meeting.
