It informed that Friday, November 05, 2021, has been fixed as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to receive interim dividend at 5% [50 Paise (0.50) per share of Rs 10 fully paid-up] for the financial year 2021-2022. Members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and/or the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as at close of business hours on Friday, November 05, 2021, will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.
