Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has informed that the Resolution Professional Committee (in lieu of suspended Board of Directors) shall consider and adopt the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021, at its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, November 12, 2021. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of said Financial Results for Directors and Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
