Ujjivan Small Finance Bank falls on reporting net loss of Rs 274 crore in Q2

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is currently trading at Rs. 20.95, down by 0.85 points or 3.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 21.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 19.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.30 and Rs. 18.30 respectively. So far 1102072 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 44.50 on 07-Jan-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.80 on 23-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.40 and Rs. 18.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3594.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.31% and 15.37% respectively.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2021.

The bank has reported net loss at Rs 273.79 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 96.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 15.14% at Rs 691.93 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 815.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal increased to 11.80%, as compared to 0.98% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA stood at 3.29% in Q2FY22.
