In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Welterman International has informed that the Trading Window (for sale, purchase and dealing in Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 by the Board of Directors in upcoming Board Meeting. The Company shall communicate the date of Board Meeting in due course.
