Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Srikalahasthi Pipes has informed that the Company has on 31 December, 2021 filed the certified copy of order dated 22nd November, 2021 and subsequent amendment order dated 14th December, 2021 of the National Company Law Tribunal ('Hon'ble NCLT'), Amaravthi Bench, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Electrosteel Castings with effect from the Appointed Date of 1st October, 2020 with Registrar of Companies. Electrosteel Castings has on 31 December, 2021 also filed the certified copy of order dated 9th December, 2021 of the Hon'ble NCLT, Cuttack Bench, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation with effect from the Appointed Date of 1st October, 2020. Accordingly, the Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective from 31 December, 2021.
