Further to its earlier intimation dated 04.12.2021 in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Golden Tobacco has informed that in the matter of Arrow Engineering, Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 04.01.2022 (received on 06.01.2022) have stayed the order dated 02.12.2021 passed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) till further orders. Hon'ble Court has referred the matter for mediation and have appointed Hon’ble Justice S, J. Vazifdar, Retired Chief Justice of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana Court at Chandigarh as a Mediator.
