Morarjee Textiles has informed that the Company had received intimations from Freedom Registry, Share Transfer Agents (STA) of the Company on 19th January, 2022, pertaining to the issuance of duplicate share certificates in lieu of lost/ misplaced original share certificates of the Company as per details mentioned in the attached intimations received from STA. Accordingly, duplicate share certificates shall be issued to the concerned shareholders upon the receipt of the necessary documents duly executed by them. The copies of intimations received from STA are enclosed.
